My name is Terry Nyhan and I teach middle school science here at Presentation. This year will be my 11th at OLP, 21st in the diocese and 49th as a science teacher. Half of my teaching experience is at the high school level in biology and AP biology. The other half is at the middle school level. I have a BS degree in biology from Bemidji State University and a Masters degree in science teaching from Webster University. My wife and I have been residents of Lee’s Summit for 43 years and have a son who attended Presentation.
Some new activities and subject matter that I have incorporated into the science curriculum over the summer should make this an exciting year. I’m looking forward to it.
